Central server load impact on the IMS network

This master’s thesis deals with architecture of the IMS network and analysis of the affects when loading the network. Architecture of IMS is a network of new generation. It convergates fixed and mobile networks and it enables quick installation of new multimedia services. The first chapter is focused on the description of the IMS architecture, its components and their function. The next chapter is devoted to the main protocols in the IMS system. It is mainly about signalization protocol SIP. The third chapter focuses on the queueing theory. For simulation of the IMS network, Open IMS Core enviroment was chosen, described in the fourth chapter. Next chapter is dedicated to the IMS Bench SIPp tool used for generating and testing the SIP protocol with focus on the IMS. The final chapter dedicates to the realization of an IMS network. The begining of this chapter deals with the description of individual conections generated by the IMS Bench SIPp tool. In the next part load tests focused on the created IMS network are created and analyzed in detail. The end of the chapter describes the implementation of the real finished call between devices and the Android operating system.
Various Estimation Techniques of the Gravity Model of Trade

This diploma thesis deals with alternative estimation possibilities of the gravity model in trade. We provide the reader with a synthetic methodological overview of the technical problems with the estimation of gravity equations. Consequently, we test for the heterogeneity of data sets used in gravity models of trade which leads us to a conclusion that behavioural patterns of exporters and importers built in the datasets are very complicated and a single generalized specification of gravity equation can lead to bias in estimates and/or to similarly generalized conclusions that hide important robust idiosyncrasies in behavior present in some subsamples of economic agents. Both the theory of estimation techniques and dataset heterogeneity are applied in the empirical part estimating Austria's export function.
Modeling insurance claims of vehicles with extended warranty

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce reader to possibilities of empirical analysis of insurance claims. Benefit of this thesis is description of effects that certain variables have on occurrence of insurance claims, while using wide range of suitable modelling techniques. Before the techniques are presented, reader is briefly introduced to issues of car insurance company. Insurance claims are modelled by most common techniques such as models with binary response variable and count models as well as survival analysis, which uses variable capturing number of days until claim occur. Results of above mentioned models are discussed and subsequently compared, which allows to demonstrate robustness of these results.

Title: Methodological detection solution scaffolds response to mechanical stress, depending on the degree of hydration Objectives: Determining the extent of lateral deformation u scaffolds made of PVA polymer electrospinning technique. Identify the extent of differences in transverse deformation for different groups of nanofiber scaffolds made of PVA polymer electrospinning technique. Methods: Research scaffolds, we used a measuring device μ-tester, which has two jaws. For the measurement, we chose uniaxial tension test in -tester and record the fluorescence microscope was used with HD camera Olympus 320 for online video recording. Results: The results of this study showed that the ratio of the samples U: L and crosslinking time affects the degree of lateral deformation of the samples scaffolds. Samples scaffolds are compressible, some groups even reached the limits of incompressibility 0.5 Poisson's ratio.
